the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. we appreciated the clean room and bathroom, as well as the comfortable beds. the hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions outside of downtown and has ample restaurants nearby. the available paid shuttle to downtown was a great option to avoid driving and expensive parking.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff, decent size room for the rate, pleasant smell of cleanliness.
Felt like in a dream, no reason to complain.

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Grand Ole Opry, a landmark I've always wanted to visit. However, the complimentary buffet breakfast and free Wi-Fi pleasantly surprised me. The outdoor pool and central location allowed for quick travel around Nashville.
